Pinot Gris is an Istrian dry white wine of crystal clear, greenish-yellow color, with a fine aroma of white fruit, apple, pear, fresh, harmonious, soft and pleasant durability in the mouth.

Recommendation: Enjoy chilled to 10-12°C as an aperitif, with light pasta or risotto appetizers, with vegetable, white meat, fish or seafood dishes.
