"Darnin" Pelinkovac, is well known as "Rovinj pelinkovac", and is produced according to a traditional recipe from 1925. Macerated wormwood is mixed with a number of additional aromatic herbs. The natural color is obtained by caramelization of sugar in special copper kettles, and it is characteristic that it matures in oak barrels, which gives it a special aroma, smell and recognizable quality. Consumed without any additives, this thick amber-colored liqueur will pleasantly warm your taste buds. Pelinkovac is great with ice, in combination with tonic, and is also excellent as an ingredient in various cocktails.
